Overview

CPS Advantage is built on the idea that 1 + 1 = 3, 7, or more.  By aligning the personal priorities of our associates and affiliates with our corporate goals, we unlock creative energy that benefits all stakeholders.  CPS Advantage is a concept that constantly reinvents itself, based on our collective experiences and intelligence.  Everyone is encouraged to think outside the box, to tweak procedures, and make insurance sales even easier.

An association with CPS Advantage comes in many forms, is always remote, and stretches coast to coast.  We have part time and full time employees.  Students work with us internship style to gain real world professional experience; several former student have become company leaders.  Others collaborate with us as independent contractors, or as affiliated entities, which can be separately or jointly owned.  What’s your preferred arrangement?

If you are curious, enjoy encouraging others reach their maximum potential, have an entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to develop and complete tasks without close supervision, we should talk.  We are confident that, with the right individual, we can amplify their ability to execute what they are good at, and leverage their unique knowledge and skills for the benefit of our Financial Advisor clients, and everyone associated with CPS Advantage.
